Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a forward‑looking leader to shape and execute the Ground Operations technology and transformation roadmap.

You will translate operational challenges into scalable, tech‑driven solutions, partnering with stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to deliver measurable operational value. You will provide strategic direction to shift managers, oversee incident response and service recovery efforts, and champion adoption of new systems

Qualifications

• Degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading technology, digitalisation, automation or transformation initiatives within a complex operational environment.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across operations, technology teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into practical technology enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills, particularly in fast paced operational environments.
• Experience in airport operations, aviation, transportation or other 24/7 mission critical operations environments will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the Ground Operations technology and transformation roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, safety, and resilience through technology, automation, and process innovation.
• Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement and future operational capabilities.
• Own the vision, roadmap and lifecycle for key Ground Operations systems and digital solutions.
• Partner operational users, technology teams and vendors to translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Develop business cases, define requirements and manage project risks, timelines and outcomes.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback and operational outcomes, driving continuous improvements and optimisation post-implementation.
• Drive adoption of new systems, digital tools, and transformed work processes across Ground Operations.

Education

Degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline
