Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
- Proven experience leading technology, digitalisation, automation or transformation initiatives within a complex operational environment.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across operations, technology teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap and lifecycle for Ground Operations technology and digital solutions.
- Lead transformation initiatives from concept through implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
- Partner operational users, tech teams and vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Develop business cases, define requirements and manage risks, timelines and outcomes.
- Drive adoption of new systems, tools and transformed work processes across Ground Operations.
