Job summary

BGC Group PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Project / Operations Executive (Airport Systems) in Singapore to support the delivery and maintenance of airport IT systems and managed services.

You will gather requirements, coordinate with technical teams and vendors, assist in project planning and deployments, and help ensure system availability, security, and compliance across operations. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years in IT operations, infrastructure support, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and stakeholders is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and project management methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and user requirements from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to design and implement IT solutions.
• Assist in project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and change management.
• Monitor and support daily operations of Airport IT systems to ensure service availability and performance.
• Coordinate incident management, problem resolution, and service requests with relevant teams and vendors.
• Support system upgrades, renewals, compliance reviews, and operational readiness activities.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure IT systems and services comply with organizational policies and operational requirements.
