Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Airport Operations Strategy & Transformation team. This role focuses on shaping the digital transformation roadmap for airport operations and leading high-impact initiatives that improve efficiency, resilience and passenger experience.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology and execution, guiding end-to-end delivery from exploration to deployment and driving adoption in live operational environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Passion for transforming airport operations and deploying digital systems.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter capable of shaping mid-term roadmaps.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to senior management.
• Experience in aviation or digital systems is a plus.
