Job summary

Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive IT leader to spearhead IT initiatives and ensure operations excellence for airport systems.

You will plan requirements, assess technical options, and manage projects from design to deployment, while aligning with stakeholders across the airport community. You will drive IT service management, lead change efforts, and oversee 24/7 operations with a focus on reliability, security, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in related technical domains.
• Competence in cloud services, networking and servers; ITSM/PM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategise and develop system roadmap and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases with ROI and customer service benefits.
• Lead vendors and internal teams to propose technical solutions and KPIs.
• Perform project and change management to meet requirements.
• Lead and manage 24/7 IT operations, maintenance, and renewal of IT systems.
• Manage IT operations of on‑premise and cloud infrastructure for efficiency.
• Continuously review and improve business and IT processes.
