Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking a driven professional to lead Ops Transformation initiatives, translating operational needs into practical technology solutions and driving live implementations.

You will work with tech vendors and airport teams to improve system performance, with on-job training in aviation-specific business processes from industry professionals. The role involves guiding end-to-end transformation projects and maintaining governance standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering or related field; strong Diploma with experience considered.
• Certifications or experience in ITSM, Agile, DevSecOps, AWS or equivalent preferred.
• Experience implementing on-prem and cloud infrastructure with cybersecurity awareness.
• Willingness to manage 24/7 operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and project management to lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Conduct user research and design thinking to redefine operations concepts.
• Design solutions and architecture aligning with operational needs.
• Develop change management strategies to enable adoption.
• Monitor transformation progress and report to senior management.
• Procure and implement systems in line with governance standards.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve 24/7 post go-live issues.
