Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Airfreight Customer Service Executive (Coloading) to handle daily cargo bookings and coordinate capacity with airlines at Changi Airfreight Centre.

You will work with the Co-Loading team to deliver seamless, customer-focused solutions across our airline products, with responsibilities spanning data accuracy, shipment tracking, and cross-functional liaison.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in airfreight customer service or related field.
• Familiar with Cargo Community Network (CCN) system.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in daily cargo bookings on airline products.
• Book capacity with airlines and confirm bookings with customers.
• Advise customers on requirements of airline products.
• Administer cargo bookings in the system and ensure data accuracy.
• Interface with customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs on shipment needs.
• Track shipments and inform customers of status.
• Maintain good relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with Billing Team to provide data for invoicing.
