Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Airfreight Customer Service Executive (Coloading) in Singapore. The role focuses on providing seamless customer-focused solutions through our airline products and involves daily bookings, capacity management, and data accuracy.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in airfreight customer service, be familiar with CCN, and be proficient in MS Office. Weekend shifts may be required and flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of working experience in airfreight customer service or related field.
• Familiar with Cargo Community Network (CCN) system.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our airline products.
• Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
• Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise customers accordingly.
• Assist in administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system / template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements.
• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and handle enquiries on a timely basis.
• Work closely with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.
