Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Airfreight Customer Service Executive (Coloading) to support daily bookings, manage capacity with airlines, and advise customers on product requirements at Changi Airfreight Centre.

You will liaise with customers, warehouses, carriers and customs, track shipments, and coordinate with Billing to ensure accurate invoicing. Shift and weekend work may be required, and proficiency in CCN, MS Office and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of working experience in airfreight customer service or co-loading.
• Familiar with CCN system and airline product requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; able to handle shift/weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo on our airline products.
• Booking of capacity with airlines and confirm capacity with customers.
• Advise customers on requirements for our airline products.
• Administer cargo bookings in the system and ensure data accuracy.
• Interface with customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs on shipment requirements.
• Track and inform customers of shipment status.
• Maintain good relationships and handle enquiries promptly.
• Work with Billing to provide data for invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Airfreight Customer Service Executive (Coloading)

Salary: $2000 - $3800

Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm | Alt Sat 9am - 1pm

You will be part of the Co-Loading team in charge of providing seamless and customer-focused solutions through our various airline products.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products
• Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
• Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise our customers accordingly.
• Assist in administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system / template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
• Maintain good relationships with both customers and handle customers' enquiries on a timely basis
• Work closely with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. 1 year of working experience in the related field, e.g. airfreight customer service, co-loading etc.
• Familiar with Cargo Community Network (CCN) system.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Candidate may be required to work on shift and weekends.
