Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Co-Loading Support professional to handle daily cargo bookings and capacity confirmations for our airline products. You will coordinate with customers, airlines, warehouses, and carriers to ensure accurate data and timely updates.

You will work with the Billing Team to provide invoicing data and may be required to work on shifts and weekends to support operations.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of working experience in airfreight customer service or co-loading.
• Familiar with Cargo Community Network (CCN) system.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Candidate may be required to work on shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our airline products.
• Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
• Advise customers on requirements of our airline products.
• Assist in administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system and ensuring data is updated.
• Interface with customer, warehouse, carriers, customs and other parties on shipment requirements.
• Track and inform customers on shipments status.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and handle enquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.
