Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Airfreight Customer Service Executive (Coloading) to join our Co-Loading team at the Changi Airfreight Centre. You will provide seamless, customer-focused solutions for our airline products and manage daily bookings and capacity with airlines.

You will interact with customers, carriers, warehouses, and customs, ensuring accurate data in our systems and timely status updates. This role may require weekend shifts and flexibility.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in airfreight customer service or co-loading.
• Familiar with Cargo Community Network (CCN) system.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Candidate may be required to work on shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products.
• Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
• Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise our customers accordingly.
• Assist in administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system / template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
• Maintain good relationships with both customers and handle customers' enquiries on a timely basis
• Work closely with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.
