Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting an Airfreight Customer Service Executive (Coloading) to join the team at Changi Airfreight Centre. You will handle bookings, capacity confirmations, and provide customer-focused solutions for our airline products.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in airfreight customer service, be familiar with CCN, and be proficient in MS Office and Excel. Shift and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our airline products.
• Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
• Advise customers on requirements of airline products.
• Assist in administration of cargo bookings and data updates in systems.
• Interface with customer, warehouse, carriers, and customs on shipment requirements.
• Track and inform customers on shipment status.

Airfreight Customer Service Executive (Coloading)

Salary: $2000 - $3800

Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm | Alt Sat 9am - 1pm

You will be part of the Co-Loading team in charge of providing seamless and customer-focused solutions through our various airline products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products
• Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
• Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise our customers accordingly.
• Assist in administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system / template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
• Maintain good relationships with both customers and handle customers' enquiries on a timely basis
• Work closely with Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of working experience in the related field, e.g. airfreight customer service, co-loading etc.
• Familiar with Cargo Community Network (CCN) system.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Candidate may be required to work on shift and weekends.
