Job summary

A local air conditioning service provider in Singapore is looking for individuals to conduct general servicing, diagnosis, and repair of aircon systems. Candidates should be friendly and customer-facing, with a willingness to handle physical tasks. Familiarity with mobile technology and handyman experience is beneficial. This position involves upselling services and performing site surveys, alongside required reporting to management. The role is for a 6-day work week, from 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Qualifications

• Must handle physical work due to job nature.
• Possess effective repair handling and customer complaint skills.
• Experience in handyman work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general servicing for aircon systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair aircon systems.
• Propose and upsell aircon services to customers.
• Perform site surveys and advise customers on installations.
• Daily and weekly reporting to direct manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general servicing for aircon systems
• Conduct chemical overhaul for aircon systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair aircon systems
• Propose and upsell aircon services to customers
• Perform site surveys and advise customers on installation details
• Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor

• Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature
• Able to use simple mobile technology
• Open to learning
• Have handman work experience
• Effective handling of fault / emergency repairs and customer complaints
• Possess Class 3 License would be an added advantage
