Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is looking for an experienced Import Air Freight Coordinator to manage import operations. The ideal candidate will assist and coach the Airfreight Import CS team, ensuring all shipment documents are processed accurately and timely. A diploma or degree in Logistics or relevant field, along with 2-4 years of experience in freight forwarding or customer service, is preferred. Benefits

Office hours: 9am to 5:30pm

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in import air freight operations or freight forwarding.
• Experience in customer service or team supervision.
• Understanding of import documentation and shipping regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coach the Airfreight Import CS team.
• Ensure shipment documents and carrier coordination are correct.
