Job summary

CELECTI PTE. LTD. is looking for an Export Customer Service Officer/Executive to handle customer interactions and shipment updates from Alps Avenue. You will process export documentation, ensure compliance with permits, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain schedules and service quality.

The role requires a minimum diploma and about 5 years in the field, with strong computer skills and familiarity with Cargowise. Office hours are Mon-Fri, with optional Saturday duties.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in same industry/field
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Cargowise essential

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional customer service and shipment updates
• Provide flight details to customer within the stipulated time
• Process export documentation compliance
• Apply export permits and other export processing in a timely manner
• Respond to calls within 3 rings consistently
• Monitor shipment status and inform customers of irregularities
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Traffic and planning teams
• Stay updated on Airfreight rates and regulatory requirements
• Submit monthly reports on time
• Liaise with stakeholders for shipment handling
• Ensure shipments are accounted per SOP
• Collaborate with Sales for special arrangements

Working hours : 0900hrs-1830hrs (Mon-Fri) & 0900hrs-1300hrs (Sat)

Salary : Up to S$3500/month (commensurate with experience)

Transport : Company transport at Admiralty, Sengkang, Tampines & Tanah Merah

Job responsibilities

Customer Service Interaction

• Provide prompt and professional customer service and shipment updates
• Provide flight details to customer within the stipulated time (1 hour) upon receipt of the booking
• Process export documentation compliance when processing the export work order
• Application of the correct export permit and other export custom processing in a timely manner
• Prompt to respond to all calls within 3 ringing tone consistently
• Monitor the onboard status and to promptly inform customers if any irregularities
• Effective communication with all relevant internal departments including Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, planning team, customer service and other stakeholders
• Keep abreast of the updated Airfreight rates is of accuracy
• Keep updated on any airline and relevant regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely submission of all monthly reports
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for shipment status and handling matters
• Ensuring all shipments are duly accounted and arranged as per SOP
• Working with Sales / other function groups for special arrangements
