Job summary

Air Market Logistics (S) PTE. LTD. invites an Air Operations Officer (Import & Export) at Changi Airfreight Centre.

The role handles daily air import/export shipments, liaises with airlines and agents, and ensures documentation accuracy in MAWB/HAWB, invoices, and packing lists. Training provided for fresh graduates. Candidate should be Singaporean or PR, able to communicate in English and Mandarin, and be a team player with basic MS Office knowledge.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Team player with basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily air import and export shipments.
• Liaise with airlines, warehouse, transport providers, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
• Arrange shipment bookings and monitor cargo movement.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (MAWB, HAWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with airline requirements, Singapore Customs regulations, and company SOPs.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update the freight management system.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and support daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Salary: SGD 2,200 – SGD 2,600

Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 9:00am–6:00pm | Sat: 9:00am–1:00pm

Working Days: 5.5 days

We're Looking for Candidates Who Are:

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.

No experience required – Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.

Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.

Positive attitude with good communication skills.

Team player with basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
