Job summary

CELECTI PTE. LTD. is seeking an Export Customer Service officer/executive at Alps Avenue, Singapore. The role focuses on prompt shipment updates, export documentation, and ensuring compliance across the export process.

The candidate should have at least a Diploma and 5 years of relevant experience, with strong computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Cargowise knowledge. Working hours are Mon-Fri 0900-1830, Sat 0900-1300; salary up to S$3500/month.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma required.
• 5 years’ experience in same industry/field.
• Proficient with computer tools (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Cargowise knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional customer service and shipment updates.
• Share flight details within 1 hour after booking receipt.
• Process export documentation compliance for export work orders.
• Apply correct export permits and processing in a timely manner.
• Respond to calls promptly (within 3 rings).
• Monitor shipment status and inform customers of any irregularities.
• Communicate with Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and planning teams.
• Keep updated on Airfreight rates and airline regulatory requirements.
• Submit monthly reports on time.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for shipment handling.
• Ensure shipments are accounted for per SOP.
• Collaborate with Sales for special arrangements.

Salary: Up toS$3500/month (commensurate with experience)

Export Customer Service (Officer / Executive)

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service Interaction

• Provide prompt and professional customer service and shipment updates
• Provide the flight details to customer within the stipulated time (1 hour) upon receipt of the booking
• Process export documentation compliance when processing the export work order
• Application of the correct export permit and other export custom processing in a timely manner
• Prompt to respond to all calls within 3 ringing tone consistently
• Monitor the onboard status and to promptly inform customers if any irregularities
• Effective communication with all relevant internal departments including Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, planning team, customer service and other stakeholders
• Keep abreast of the updated Airfreight rates is of accuracy
• Keep updated on any airline and relevant regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely submission of all monthly reports
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for shipment status and handling matters
• Ensuring all shipments are duly accounted and arranged as per SOP
• Working with Sales / other function groups for special arrangements

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• 5 years’ experience within the same industries / field
• Knowledge of computer is necessary (e.g., Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.)
• Knowledge on Cargowise is a must
