Job summary

FREIGHT LINKS EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a hands-on airfreight operations specialist to manage end-to-end import and export shipments from Changi Airfreight Centre.

You will handle bookings, MAWB/HAWB processes, permits, rate against quotes, and coordinate with airlines, co-loaders, and customers to ensure timely, compliant deliveries. The role requires strong multitasking, attention to cost, and clear communication in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in airfreight import & export operations.
• Knowledge of MAWB/HAWB, permits, customs clearance.
• Able to check rates and do pricing independently.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and handle fast-paced shipment requirements.
• Familiar with freight systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end airfreight operations for import and export shipments.
• Manage export shipments: booking, MAWB/HAWB preparation, permits, and coordination with airlines/co-loaders.
• Manage import shipments: monitor arrival, arrange clearance, coordinate delivery and follow up with customers.
• Prepare and send quotations to overseas agents and customers.
• Source and compare co-loader / airline rates to ensure competitive pricing.
• Liaise with airlines, co-loaders, transporters, warehouse and customers for smooth operations.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates on arrivals, delays, or issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs requirements.
• Handle billing, job costing and data entry accurately.
