Job summary

UNITED OVERSEAS INSURANCE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives. You will lead end-to-end delivery across AI opportunities, infrastructure modernization, and regulatory-aligned governance, engaging stakeholders from C-suite to vendors.

The role requires 8+ years in complex project delivery, strong governance discipline, and a robust understanding of AI, Cloud, DevSecOps, and microservices within the insurance sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience delivering complex modernization or replacement projects as a delivery manager or project manager.
• Strong project management across waterfall and agile, and change management with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and multi-workstreams with governance and regulatory awareness.
• Solid understanding of AI, Cloud, DevSecOps, CI/CD, API and microservices.
• Knowledge of Singapore insurance industry landscape and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI solutions that drive strategic growth across systems, processes, sales and culture.
• Plan, setup and execute the AI roadmap from scoping to post go-live support.
• Lead delivery with governance, budgets, scope and timelines.
• Bridge STO/IT and business units, advising AI development and progress to senior management.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change management to ensure optimal delivery.
• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through ongoing projects.
