Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead AI and digital transformation initiatives from ideation through delivery, aligning business goals with technical execution.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, risks and vendors, drive agile delivery, and report progress to senior management while championing AI adoption and governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT Project Management, Product Management, or Digital Transformation experience.
Proven experience delivering AI, GenAI, automation, or digital transformation projects.
Strong enterprise project delivery and stakeholder management experience.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
Good understanding of AI/ML, cloud, data, and enterprise technology.
Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead AI and digital transformation projects from ideation to implementation.
Identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and delivery milestones.
Drive product roadmap, requirements, UAT, launch, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate AI/ML, Data, IT, Business, and external vendors.
Manage stakeholders and provide regular project updates to senior management.
Support AI adoption, change management, and governance requirements.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
