Job summary

Synpulse Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager specialized in data-driven transformation and AI/ML implementation for financial services clients. You will bridge business and technology, guiding initiatives from strategy to implementation across banking and insurance sectors.

You will define scope, governance, and milestones, manage risks, and mentor teams, coordinating with offshore delivery resources to ensure value delivery and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in management consulting or financial services transformation.
• Experience in data transformation, AI/ML implementation, or compliance technology.
• Strong project management experience (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Experience in banking domain is a must.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of data architecture, AI lifecycle, or regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes across data platforms, AI/ML solutions, or compliance technology implementations.
• Define project scope, governance, timelines, and milestones aligned with client objectives.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and delivery quality across workstreams.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Deliver projects involving data platforms, AI/ML, and compliance technology such as AML, KYC, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage and mentor project teams and coordinate with offshore delivery teams.
• Ensure delivery of business value through KPI tracking and successful implementation.
