Job summary

Tap Growth ai is hiring an experienced Project/Delivery Manager to lead complex AI and digital transformation initiatives in Singapore. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across business, product, data, AI, engineering, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality delivery from POC through production deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 9+ years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology or digital transformation projects, including AI or data initiatives.
• Experience delivering AI, ML, generative AI, or data platform projects from POC to production is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking across AI, data, and digital delivery initiatives.
• Coordinate with business, product, data, AI, engineering, and QA teams to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to production deployment and operations handover.
• Track data readiness, model development/evaluation, integration, and testing milestones for timely delivery.
• Manage change requests and assess impact on scope, timeline, and resources.
• Communicate progress, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
