Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project/Delivery Manager to lead and deliver complex AI-enabled projects from concept to production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, data, AI, engineering, and QA to ensure timely and quality delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on Agile practices, with responsibility for planning, risk management, dashboards, and governance to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• 9+ years of end-to-end technology or digital transformation project experience.
• Experience delivering AI, data, digital media, or automation projects from concept to production.
• Knowledge of AI delivery concepts — data pipelines, model evaluation, and MLOps.
• Understanding of AI governance, privacy, bias, explainability and IP considerations.
• Strong Agile and Scrum experience, including facilitating ceremonies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across business and technical audiences.
• Experience managing external vendors and delivery partners is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance meetings, steering committees, and status updates.
• Translate AI use cases into deliverable scope with clear criteria and checkpoints.
• Define project plans, schedules, resources, and milestones.
• Manage full project lifecycle from inception to production deployment and closure.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, and deliverables with data readiness and model milestones.
• Coordinate changes and assess impact on scope, timeline, and budget.
