Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Project/Delivery Manager to lead complex AI and digital transformation initiatives end-to-end across business, product, data, AI, and engineering teams.

You will own project planning, agile delivery, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications, coordinating cross‑functional squads, external vendors, and platform providers to ensure timely, high‑quality production deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering or business.
• Minimum 9+ years of end-to-end technology or digital transformation project delivery.
• Experience delivering AI, data, digital media or automation projects from PoC to production.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project governance.
• Familiarity with data privacy, security and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution across AI, data, and software teams.
• Define scope, milestones, data needs, and success criteria.
• Manage risks, RAID logs, and vendor relationships.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure governance, security and compliance in deliveries.
