NCS PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Mission Engineer to own end-to-end AI transformation engagements for clients in Singapore. You will identify opportunities, build business cases, lead POC initiatives, and ensure value realization through adoption and measurable outcomes.

Join a cross-functional team and partner with AI natives, factory, integration, and institute groups to deliver high-impact, enterprise-scale AI solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder influence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, business transformation, or client-facing tech roles.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Experience leading client engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Background in change management or transformation programs is valued.

Responsibilities

• Originate AI opportunities by understanding client processes and objectives.
• Lead discovery to define the real problem.
• Develop business cases articulating ROI and transformation potential.
• Lead POC/POV initiatives from scoping to execution.
• Partner with clients as trusted advisor throughout AI journey.
• Drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with AI Natives, AI Factory, AI Integration, and AI Institute teams.
• Contribute to industry AI strategies and share insights.
