Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is assisting a leading IT consulting client in Singapore to hire a Project/Programme Manager focused on banking transformation and AI-enabled initiatives. You will lead end-to-end projects, coordinate across business and technology stakeholders, and drive data-driven decision-making.

The role requires strong PM capabilities in budgeting, governance, and risk management, with a track record in financial services and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business transformation or digital delivery projects within banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of overseas operations and regulatory environments in banking.
• Knowledge of AI, data analytics, intelligent automation, or digital transformation programs in banking.
• Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, governance, deliverables, and risk/issue management.
• Excellent client-facing and negotiation abilities to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to validate requirements and support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation projects for financial institutions, covering planning, requirements, testing, deployment, and rollout.
• Drive AI, digital transformation and process improvement with business and technology stakeholders.
• Define project scope, governance, budgets, timelines, deliverables, risks and issues management.
• Collaborate with business users to understand operational challenges and translate needs into functional requirements.
• Leverage data analysis to support requirements and decision-making.
• Assess current and future-state processes and design practical solutions incl. system enhancements.
• Facilitate discussions between business, tech teams and HQ to align objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate requirements and drive consensus across teams.
• Support evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies including AI within banking.
