Qualifications

• 5+ years consulting experience.
• Strong executive presence and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience shaping transformation strategies, operating models, or digital/AI programs.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Comfort leading multi-disciplinary teams through high-velocity engagements.
• Global mindset; roles available in AMS, EMEA, APJ.

Responsibilities

• Run intensive, on-site engagements with C-level executives.
• Help define ServiceNow strategy and prioritize high-value use cases.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to build prototypes on the ServiceNow platform.
