Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of intelligent solutions using Advanced Python, Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API integration, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and building scalable AI-driven applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI models for various business use cases.
• Implement and optimize NLP techniques for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and conversational AI.
• Build robust and scalable Python-based applications for data processing and model deployment.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems via RESTful APIs and other integration methods.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering on structured and unstructured datasets.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, ML, and NLP technologies.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and spaCy.
• Hands-on experience with API development and integration (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques and tools (e.g., transformers, BERT, GPT, NLTK).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
