Job summary

TechStudio Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a mid-level Sales Manager who drives revenue through new business development and account management. You will engage channel partners and enterprise clients, managing both new deals and renewals, with a base salary and uncapped commission tied to performance.

You will leverage AI tools for prospecting, research, and pipeline management, while collaborating with delivery teams to scope proposals and ensure smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in enterprise tech, SaaS, telecom, or SI.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
• Own and meet assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Grow existing accounts; renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with channel partners to co-sell to enterprise clients.
• Engage enterprise clients directly through discovery meetings and negotiations.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast revenue; report progress to Sales Director.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to scope proposals and ensure smooth handover.
• Stay updated on product roadmap and market in AI, WiFi, IoT, location services and video AI.
• Represent TechStudio at events and partner briefings.
• Use AI tools for prospecting, research, and CRM hygiene.
