Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned finance professional to develop credit policies and risk strategies across APAC, overseeing credit control and AR performance in Singapore.

You will conduct reviews for regional and global accounts, monitor exposure and deliver AR and risk reports to strengthen financial governance. The role requires a degree in accountancy/finance and at least five years in manufacturing, with collaboration across regional finance and business teams to guide

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement credit policies, frameworks and risk management strategies across APAC to strengthen financial controls.
• Oversee credit control, collections, DSO performance and overdue receivables while managing Singapore's AR portfolio and team.
• Conduct credit reviews for key regional and global accounts, monitor credit exposure and provide regular AR and risk management reports.
• Ensure adherence to revenue recognition, anti-money laundering and sales order policies to maintain financial governance.
• Provide financial guidance on customer contracts, rebates, distributor arrangements, agency structures and commercial compensation matters.
• Lead annual budgeting activities and collaborate with regional finance and business teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
