About the Role

We are looking for an online performance marketing expert, with significant experience in the Agency/Reseller ecosystem for online social media advertising planning/buying. The successful candidate for the Agency Lead (AL) role will also have experience driving business results, operational rigour and execution as well as working successfully with multiple internal and external stakeholders, notably with media agency partners within the Greater China Region.

Success in this position requires you to develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the Accenture Program Function Lead (FL) as well as the Client Service Lead (CSL) based regionally in different locations. It also requires building and maintaining a successful collaboration with our client’s Lead Industry Managers to co-design and implement successful sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead scaled growth for all Agency Agreements in place
  • Main POC for our client's Agency Industry Managers
  • Collaborate closely with our client's Agency Industry Managers to design and implement strategic and tactical sales plans
  • Take ownership and responsibility for execution of those sales plans executed by Sales Managers and Sales Reps
  • Responsible for the day to day communications with the largest Sales Partners based in the Greater China Region, including driving a cadence (weekly, quarterly, etc.)
  • Own quarterly KPI/OKR and Revenue targets for managed Sales Partners
  • Analyze revenue/OKR performance data to identify & drive measured actions to impact OKR or Revenue targets for Sales Partners.
  • Drive a culture of ownership, innovation, quality and operational rigour
  • Support preparation and delivery with commentary of regular insight into business performance and outlook, including weekly business reviews
  • Promote positive employee engagement in a high performance environment
  • Own specific priority initiatives across the Agency function as required e.g. in-quarter churn, high priority new product launches focused on driving lower funnel advertising revenue based on conversion performance.
Qualifications
  • English and native-level language fluency in Mandarin is required to support Greater China Region market.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital media planning/buying, online advertising, or sales leadership within the Media Agency industry within GCR export
  • Relevant experience working with Agencies and Advertisers exporting internationally out of the Greater China region is a distinct advantage
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Data-driven decision-making, very strong analytical skills
  • Able to analyse business data in detail to provide continuous improvement suggestions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools
