Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Assist customers with product troubleshooting and basic technical guidance.
  • Coordinate repair orders, service status updates, and follow up with service centers.
  • Register service jobs and update records in the system accurately and timely.
  • Work closely with technicians, warehouse, and retail teams to ensure efficient service flow.
  • Manage warranty verification and advise customers on repair costs when required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Support any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Pleasant personality, patient, and able to handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Ability to work on a 5.5-day work schedule.
  • Prior experience in customer service or mobile phone industry is an advantage.
