Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to Sales Portal and email enquiries.
  • Process customer and distributor orders in the RPMS system.
  • Handle manual purchase orders and coordinate shipping instructions.
  • Coordinate shipments with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams.
  • Follow up on payments and liaise on billing matters.
  • Investigate claims for shortages, incorrect or defective parts.
  • Support incoming calls and prepare sales and order reports.
