• This is a full-time permanent role

• Work location: Multiple locations to choose from (Holland Village/ Dhoby Ghaut/ Raffles Place)
• Working hours: 5 days per week with retail shift hours

They are currently seeking more passionate Beauty Specialists to join their big family. This role is responsible for providing professional beauty treatments and advice to clients, focusing on enhancing skin health and overall appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for the brand by communicating its values and services with passion and professionalism
• Perform facial and body treatments with exceptional skill and a customer-focused approach
• Provide expert advice and recommend suitable products, treatments, and packages tailored to client needs
• Drive sales through effective consultations and upselling of products and services to meet targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming, professional environment
• Foster strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat visits
• Manage appointments, reception duties, and other customer service tasks efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the outlet to uphold high standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist, including sales responsibilities
• Possession of relevant certifications such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent in beauty and wellness is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies and treatments is an advantage
• Additional certifications or specialized training in aesthetic techniques will be considered plus
