Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the Customer Support team to deliver exceptional service and strengthen brand.
• Develop and implement customer support strategies, policies and processes to improve performance and satisfaction.
• Define engine shop visit metrics and guide the team to meet customer and business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, coordinating senior executive visits as needed.
• Partner with internal Program, Sales and cross-functional teams to grow market share and uphold CORE standards.
