Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is seeking a Senior Customer Support Lead on-site in Singapore. You will lead and mentor the Customer Support team to deliver exceptional service, while aligning strategies with company objectives and cross-functional partners.

You will develop policies, define metrics, manage major customer relationships and travel on short notice as needed to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in aerospace is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.
• Willingness to travel on short notice and operate in a cross‑functional, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Customer Support team to deliver exceptional service and strengthen the Pratt & Whitney brand.
• Develop and implement customer support strategies, policies and processes to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Define engine shop visit metrics and guide the team to meet customer and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including coordinating senior executive visits.
• Partner with internal Program, Sales and cross-functional teams to grow market share and uphold CORE standards while fostering a high-performance culture.
