Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, seeks an experienced aviation professional to manage customer engines at the Singapore Service Centre and across the Asia Pacific region. Travel is expected. The role includes profit and loss responsibility for Leasco, billing reconciliation, and coordinating with finance.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in aviation, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Marketing, and strong negotiation and leadership skills. MBA is an asset.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Marketing; MBA an asset.

Aufgaben

• Review lease engine allocation and deployment for Asia Pacific customer support.
• Support AOG in the region, including rental deployment.
• Lead the Event Management team to enhance MROCS process (CRM, Gate 0, induction, standard work, MFA, credit/commercial issues).
• Review cost estimates and develop cost-reduction solutions; coordinate with Leaseco, Program, credit and other stakeholders on customer issues.
