Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Singapore to drive accurate quotations, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Planning, Operations and Finance. You will manage pricing inquiries, monitor orders and support continuous process improvements.

The role requires a degree in Aerospace, Business, or Engineering, strong data handling, and SAP/Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
• Ability to interpret technical and commercial information for quotation and invoicing activities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in programming, VBA, and SAP is an advantage.
• Experience in aerospace, MRO, manufacturing or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Specialist, you will ensure seamless customer support, accurate commercial processing and timely cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations based on technical inputs, service scope and pricing guidelines.
• Perform detailed invoice reviews to ensure billing accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Manage customer inquiries related to pricing, service status, lead times and scope.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Operations and Finance to facilitate quotation and invoicing processes.
• Monitor work orders and ensure accurate cost capture and commercial setup in systems.
• Support resolution of pricing discrepancies, invoice disputes and customer claims.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and transactional records across systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on invoicing efficiency and responsiveness.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
