Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is seeking a Training Administrator to join the QA Training Department in Singapore. You will help transform training programs toward modern, digital solutions and support production targets.

You will perform SAP transactions, coordinate with foremen and cell leaders, and ensure compliance with SOPs while maintaining safety and ethics standards. This role requires a mechanical engineering background and willingness to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in engine/module assembly, disassembly, inspection or testing.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Willing to work rotating day/night shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, equipment, and tools for assembly, disassembly, inspection of engines, modules, components, and accessories.
• Interpret and follow SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance with technical standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during daily operations to maintain workflow.
• Support Assistant Foremen and Cell Leaders in achieving production targets.
• Perform SAP transactions, including updating work orders as required.
• Participate in EH&S programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
