Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aerial Instructor to join our team at Avante Gym & Yoga. The ideal candidate is confident in teaching aerial-based classes, prioritises safety, and is committed to delivering engaging and effective sessions for participants of varying fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct aerial classes (Aerial Basic, Aerial Hatha, Aerial Flow)

• Ensure proper setup, safety checks, and handling of aerial hammocks and equipment

• Instruct participants on correct techniques, transitions, and safety awareness

• Modify poses and exercises to suit different abilities and experience levels

• Create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive class environment

• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and positive member engagement

• Assist with basic studio setup before and after classes

• Follow studio safety guidelines and operational procedures

Requirements

• Certified Aerial Instructor (recognised aerial yoga / aerial fitness certification)

• Teaching experience preferred (newly certified instructors may apply)

• Strong safety awareness and ability to manage class risks

• Clear communication and confident class leadership

• Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented

• CPR / First Aid certification is an advantage
