APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support flagship projects and admissions activities in Singapore. You will coordinate meetings, track timelines, and prepare materials for cross-functional teams. Excellent English communication and MS Office skills are essential.
The role offers hands-on exposure to event planning, alumni coordination, and procurement support, with occasional after-hours involvement for events as needed.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of major flagship projects and events
Coordinate meetings, monitor timelines and action items, and maintain project documentation
Prepare reports, meeting materials, and administrative updates
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate across functional teams
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth project delivery
Coordinate interview scheduling between applicants and faculty members
Ensure smooth communication and follow-up throughout the admissions process
Maintain and update databases accurately and promptly
Support admissions-related events and event-day logistics
Support outreach planning and execution, including:
recruiting and coordinating student ambassadors
securing venues
preparing logistics and collaterals
producing presentation slides
administering feedback surveys
compiling survey reports
Assist with procurement by sourcing quotations and liaising with vendors
Support reconciliation of SAP reports
Provide related administrative and documentation support
Maintain and update alumni databases
Support alumni communications and event coordination
Diploma holder with at least 3–4 years of relevant administrative or project coordination experience, or
Fresh university graduates with strong organisational and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Meticulous with good attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging students, faculty, senior management, vendors, and external partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially:
Excel (e.g. SUM, AVERAGE, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data analysis)
PowerPoint
Comfortable learning and working with new digital platforms and systems
Positive, proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
Experience in event management, project coordination, higher education administration, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage
Willing to support occasional evening or weekend events when required
