DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic Executive to support outreach, student engagement, alumni relations, events and communications in a higher education setting.

You will coordinate activities, plan programmes, and collaborate with faculty to showcase student and alumni achievements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5+ years of related experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Preferably 2-5+ years in Community Engagement, Public Relations, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success, Event Coordination, Student Engagement or Alumni Relations.
• Experience in a higher education environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach, student engagement and alumni initiatives.
• Plan and execute departmental events, including programme planning, publicity, registration, catering, logistics and on-site support.
• Work with faculty and stakeholders on programmes, scholarships, awards and student/alumni features.
• Support student societies and student-led programmes, including budgeting and engagement activities.
• Organise undergraduate and postgraduate student development initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate alumni engagement activities and networking events.
• Manage webpages, alumni databases and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Create publicity materials and identify student/alumni stories for promotions.

Location: West

Mon to Fri / 8a.30am to 6pm/ Salary $15 per hr

Employment: 8 months contract (Sept 2026 to May 2027 )

We are looking for a dynamic and organised Executive to join a higher education environment and support outreach, student engagement, alumni relations, events and communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outreach, student engagement and alumni initiatives
• Plan and execute departmental events, including programme planning, publicity, registration, catering, logistics and on-site support
• Work with faculty members and stakeholders on programmes, scholarships, awards and student/alumni features
• Support student societies and student-led programmes, including budgeting and engagement activities
• Organise undergraduate and postgraduate student development initiatives
• Develop and coordinate alumni engagement activities, networking events and communications
• Manage webpages, alumni databases and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
• Create publicity materials and identify student/alumni stories for promotional purposes
• Support reporting, data management and other departmental initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Preferably 2-5+ years of relevant experience in Community Engagement, Public Relations, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success, Event Coordination, Student Engagement or Alumni Relations
• Experience in a higher education institution will be an advantage
• Strong relationship-building, communication and organisational skills
• Good event and project coordination abilities
• Social media savvy with experience in content creation/editing tools
• Familiar with website content management systems and social media management tools
• Able to work independently, multitask and meet tight deadlines
