Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in administration, programme coordination, communications, events, or project support.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with websites, social media platforms, email marketing tools, or content management systems will be an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end coordination and operational support for the institute's programmes, projects, and daily activities.
  • Manage project schedules, monitor milestones, and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, meeting materials, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate and support communications initiatives, including website updates, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Organise and execute events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics planning, vendor coordination, participant management, and post-event reporting.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with faculty members, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Support procurement, budgeting, expense tracking, and administrative processes in accordance with organisational guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate databases, records, and reporting dashboards while ensuring data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to the continuous enhancement of centre operations.

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Convertible to Permanent based on performance)
Salary: Up to $5,900/month
Working Hours: Mon- Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm

Key Responsibilities
