Job summary

IMPACT BPO SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Order Fulfilment Coordinator in Singapore to manage end-to-end order processing, liaise with internal teams, monitor backlogs, and coordinate local purchases. The role requires 1–2 years in logistics or order fulfilment and familiarity with SAP/Asurix.

The candidate should be service-oriented, meticulous, independent, and capable of multi-tasking under a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• GCE A Levels or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in order fulfilment or logistics operations, preferably marine/offshore.
• Knowledge of SAP or Asurix preferred.
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to handle non-routine operations.
• Meticulous, independent with initiative, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing with internal parties to fulfill sales orders timely.
• Handle orders and requests across sales divisions professionally.
• Manage day-to-day transactional activities.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve order fulfilment issues.
• Monitor pending orders and backlog status.
• Handle local purchases on sales orders.
• Negotiate price with suppliers.
• Process cash sales orders and monitor payments to suppliers.
• Prepare cash vouchers and CIPL.
• Goods return processing.
• Monitor Local Indent Fund.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and in timely manner.
• Handle and manage all sales divisions’ orders and requests with professionalism.
• Handle day to day transactional activities.
• Liaise with relevant internal parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfilment.
• Monitor and follow up on pending orders and backlog statuses.
• All local purchases on Sales related orders
• Negotiate price with supplier
• COO Application
• Price Comparison
• Key in cash sales order (excel file)& monitor back to back payment to supplier with finance
• Prepared cash voucher
• Prepared CIPL
• Goods Return Processing
• Monitor Local Indent Fund
• Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• GCE 'A' Levels or its equivalent
• 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in order fulfilment management or logistics operations preferably in Marine/Offshore industry
• Preferably with knowledge of SAP /Asurix
• Service-oriented mind-set and attitude and able to deal with non-routine operations situations
• Meticulous and independent individual, with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task and cope with stress in fast paced environment
