Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Order Management & Fulfilment professional to coordinate end-to-end sales orders across multiple divisions, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end processing of sales orders across multiple sales divisions.
• Ensure orders are processed and fulfilled according to requirements and timelines.
• Monitor order status, pending orders and backlogs, proactively following up on outstanding matters.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve order fulfilment issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of sales orders and fulfilment activities.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Escalate and follow up on issues that may impact customer fulfilment or delivery timelines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Job description

Order Management & Fulfilment

• Coordinate the end-to-end processing of sales orders across multiple sales divisions.
• Ensure sales orders are accurately processed and fulfilled according to agreed requirements and timelines.
• Monitor order status, pending orders and backlogs, proactively following up on outstanding matters.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve order fulfilment issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of sales orders and fulfilment activities.

Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

• Coordinate local purchases required for sales-related orders.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing and purchasing terms with suppliers where required.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of sales-related purchases.
• Monitor local indent funds and related transactions.

Documentation & Transaction Processing

• Process COO applications and maintain relevant documentation.
• Process cash sales orders and coordinate with Finance on supplier payments.
• Prepare cash vouchers and CIPL documentation.
• Coordinate goods return processing and ensure proper follow-up.
• Perform other sales and supply chain-related transactional activities as required.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Escalate and follow up on issues that may impact customer fulfilment or delivery timelines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
