Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support, including managing calls, mail distribution, and visitor coordination.
  • Maintain and organize confidential filing systems.
  • Manage applications and renewals of subscriptions.
  • Source and maintain office equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain inventory records of IT equipment and set up equipment for new hires.
  • Ensure office and meeting rooms are organized and supervise general office cleanliness.
  • Handle travel arrangements and process travel budgets for approval.
  • Plan and execute events within budget, including employee engagement activities.
  • Design visual artwork and manage branding content for social media platforms and digital channels.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricings of supplies and services.
REQUIREMENTS
  • GCE ‘O’ level with min. 5 years of relevant experience in general office and facilities administration.
  • Strong understanding and passion in designing visual artworks and managing social media platforms.
  • Proficient in artwork creation software such as CANVA.
  • Good verbal communication and strong English language skills.
  • Meticulous, organized, resourceful and multi-tasker.
  • A good team player who can work independently and able to manage large workload and tight deadlines.
