We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in learning and growing within an SME environment, with an opportunity to expand into HR roles. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with international suppliers, and assisting with various day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bill Payment Updates: Ensure daily tracking and updating of bill payments.
  • HR Support: Assist in learning and supporting HR-related tasks.
  • International Payments: Manage and process payments to overseas suppliers.
  • Risk Assessment Documentation: Assist in preparing and reviewing risk assessment documents.
  • General Office Support: Answer phone calls and provide administrative assistance to the team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with different departments and contribute to smooth daily operations.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within HR and other business areas
