Job summary

A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage onboarding for medical professionals and support their training and credentialing. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Management Studies or Business Administration, and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations. Candidates must exhibit strong multitasking abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications. This position offers a comprehensive role in administrative and operational support within the medical affairs team.

Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate onboarding for new doctors, locums, residents and medical students.
  • Coordinate, track and support doctors training and credentialing
  • Manage all student (undergrad and post grad) teaching & posting matters. Coordinate teaching schedules, tutorials, ward-based teaching, and academic activities.
  • Be the primary point of contact for medical students, residents, and training institutions.
  • Provide administrative and operational support in Medical affairs, which includes procurement and IT needs.
  • Assist in Doctors call claims, timesheets submission and task logs
  • Organize and provide logistical support for departmental meetings, teaching sessions, team bonding events, and workshops.
  • Assist the Medical Director in managing calendars, meetings, appointments and reminders.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Management Studies or Business Administration, preferably Healthcare Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare administration & operations.
  • Able to multi-task and communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
