Job summary

A cultural event production company in Singapore seeks a part-time Administrative & Accounting Assistant to handle data entry and document preparation. Job Description

We are an event production company supporting cultural exchange through event management, localization, and digital promotion, connecting “Japan to the world” and “the world to Japan.”

Our services cover end-to-end project management, from venue booking and construction supervision to on-site support and travel arrangements for overseas events.

For our Singapore office, we are looking for an Administrative & Accounting Assistant to mainly handle the following tasks:

  • Organizing receipts and data entry (including reviewing foreign-language receipts using Google Translate)
  • Preparing event-related documents
  • Translating documents into English
Requirements
  • Practical experience in accounting, administration, or general affairs
  • Ability to work in Japanese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
