Admin Support (Operation) 12 months contract

You will support the Division by handling day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks, helping auditors and audit managers carry out their work smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate security and technical access for external auditors
  • Organise logistics for audit meetings and briefing sessions
  • Conduct email polls and compile, analyse, and present the results
  • Handle audit-related email enquiries and consolidate responses into FAQs
  • Track, verify, and process invoices to support financial operations
  • Assist with tasks and initiatives related to the Digital Government Platform (DGP)
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support such as data entry, form completion, data verification, and event registration
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in community management, event coordination, communications, or programme management Interest in, or exposure to, product management principles, methodologies, and practices
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering events, workshops, or training programmes

  • Strong communication, content creation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities with strong attention to detail in event logistics and project coordination
  • Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms, and basic data analysis to track programme effectiveness
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for product management trends and best practices to develop engaging community programmes
